Create Your Account

• Your date of birth

• Your pharmacy (search and select BEAM Pharmacy)

Verify Your Identity

Some patients may be asked to enter a registration code.
If prompted, please contact BEAM Pharmacy and we will provide the code to you.

Once registered, you can:

• Request prescription refills

• View your medication history

• Manage prescriptions for yourself or family members
